• HOW LONG WILL MY ORDERS TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
  Orders takes 3-5 business days to be processed. Except for items that are pre-order, which may take up to 14 business days to be shipped out. All our items are made in limited quantities to avoid wastage and we may or may not restock the pieces that have sold out. Please check out immediately for items that you like to ensure that you get them before they run out.
  
  We package all your orders with care, we appreciate your patience and in return we’ll make sure they are worth the wait.

 

• CAN I GET MORE INFO ABOUT SHIPPING?
  Depending on the shipping carrier you choose at checkout and location, your shipping prices will vary. Please choose carefully because we can’t change your shipping preferences once order is placed. Orders within Indonesia and Singapore should take less than 7 days to get to you. For international orders via DHL, please allow up to 14 days for shipment to arrive after we ship them out.

 

• CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM I BOUGHT?
  Returns are only permitted if item is brand new, with all tags attached and no available replacement in either size or variety is available. We provide refund in the form of store credit only and not cash.
  
  Exchanges for size are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@stepofgrace.com to be assisted in the process.
